The lake has always been a big part of life at Gaines Bend. Our marina gives property owners and guests a convenient place to launch, spend the day on the water, and come home again—all without leaving the Bend.
For those who want to keep their boat on the water, covered marina slips make getting out on PK as easy as walking down to the dock. And with the 2027 Marina Expansion underway, we’re making the marina even better for the years ahead.
THE MARINA IS GROWING.
We’re excited to be adding new covered slips to the Gaines Bend Marina for Summer 2027, along with a few improvements that will make lake days even easier.
The expansion will include additional parking, improved pedestrian access to the docks, marina Wi-Fi, and a live camera so you can check lake and marina conditions from wherever you are.
We’re also adding more hands-on marina support. Our team will keep an eye on the docks each day and can help coordinate boat cleaning, maintenance, and seasonal needs—because owning a boat is a lot more fun than managing one.
If a covered slip has been on your wish list, this is the time. The 2027 expansion is being built based on commitments received this year, and additional slips may not be available once construction plans are finalized.

We're improving the path from the parking area down to the docks, with easier pedestrian access planned as part of the expansion.
MORE PARKING
As part of the 2027 Marina Expansion, we're adding additional parking to make getting in and out of the marina easier.
HANDS-ON SUPPORT
Our marina team will keep an eye on the docks and can help coordinate boat cleaning, maintenance, and seasonal service needs.
MARINA WI-FI
Wi-Fi at the docks will help you stay connected while you're at the lake—and make it easier to check in when you're away.

Gaines Bend maintains a limited number of enclosed storage units for property owners. Units are currently fully occupied and availability is infrequent.
